solid-stream

A solid stream spray pattern is a solid stream jet formed through a machined orifice. The design of the inlet chamber maximizes the integrity of the solid stream to reduce disintegration of the jet. The addition of jet stabilizers help produce prolonged jet stream.

DSN-54

DSN Series

DSN series is a high pressure disc shower nozzles are only available in solid stream spray pattern with a high velocity jet for high impact cleaning of equipment.Datasheet »
TSZ-P54

TSZ Series

TSZ series are an ideal choice for brush and brushless spray bars. The long and extended models sit higher in spray bar to reduce the possibility of clogging.Datasheet »
SLSS-Seies-P55

SLSS Series

SLSS series of high pressure disc shower nozzles are only available in solid stream spray pattern. Nozzle thread connection is 9/16”-24 UNEF.Datasheet »
flat-fan

A flat fan spray pattern is formed when the liquid is distributed in an elliptical flat sheet. The tapered edges of the flat spray is useful when a number of nozzles are fitted to a spray bar. In this instance, nozzle spray pattern can be overlapped to produce and even spray distribution.

TD-SERIES-P56

TD Series

TD series low profile disc nozzles are available in both threaded and non-threaded versions producing a flat fan spray pattern ranging from 25° to 90° angles.Datasheet »
NTD-SERIES-P56

NTD Series

NTD series low profile disc nozzles are available in both threaded and non-threaded versions. The nozzle produces a flat fan spray pattern ranging from 25° to 90° angles.Datasheet »
SP-P57

SP Series

SP series spray nozzles provides a self cleaning purge of the orifice. When the nozzle starts to clog, the spring loaded piston retracts to purge solids from the orifice.
