Universal Nozzles such as the SJ series is has an assembly which is available in hollow cone, full cone and flat fan spray patterns. They produce a uniform distribution of small, medium and large size droplets to suit varied applications.

HJT series spray nozzles feature a hollow cone spray pattern in medium spray angles, produce uniform distribution of small to medium sized droplets over a wide range of flow rates and pressures. HJT series have an internal core to precisely meter flow rates to enable superior spray control.

SJ series is a universal spray nozzles assembly which is available in hollow cone, full cone and flat fan spray patterns. SJ series produce a uniform distribution of small, medium and large size droplets to suit varied applications. All spray tip assemblies are available in various thread connections and optional strainers can be added for spray tips with small free passages to protect nozzles from clogging.

A solid stream spray pattern is a solid stream jet formed through a machined orifice. The design of the inlet chamber maximizes the integrity of the solid stream to reduce disintegration of the jet. The addition of jet stabilizers help produce prolonged jet stream.

XD series atomising nozzle are specially designed to evenly mix liquid and gas to generate fine, medium or large spray droplets. Each spray assembly consists of an air cap and fluid tip and are available in many flow and spray pattern combinations, including flat fan, full cone and hollow cone.

All spray assemblies are interchangeable and therefore provide flexibility for your spray requirements.

Pulp & Paper nozzle series spray nozzles provide a self cleaning purge of the orifice. When the nozzle starts to clog, the spring loaded piston retracts to purge solids from the orifice. This nozzle is suitable in applications where there is a high percentage of solids in liquid.

The low profile TD series disc nozzles are also available in both threaded and non-threaded versions. TD series disc nozzles are an ideal choice where space restrictions are present. By tapping the wall of pipe or tube to 5/8”-18 thread, the nozzle can be easily fitted.
